Ok, I might sound dumb in saying this, but I need help and I am sure someone knows how to answer my question on here.
I have updated my dad's website (nothing spectacular) for his company and now I need to export what I have changed so it takes the place of what is currently on his site...can anyone help explain it dumby style to me?

It depends on the website and its hosting. Is it running off a server or FTP. If you have to ask, I would advise against making any changes. They could very easily be irrevocable.

Just make a back up first. If you use cPanel, your best bet is that. If you don;t download a free FTP client like FireFTP (Firefox plugin) and its simply drag and drop.
