http//ppsafepayed.com/

Got an email for it stating I needed to update my account or something, it asks for your CC# last 6 digits of your SS# and all sorts of personal info, oh, and that is after getting your account name and PW... (i put in a fake email and pw to get through)

But these people should be stopped immediately... look up their name and info and report them to someone?

PayPal has an area where you can report fraud/scams.

everytime I hit a phish site or email, Internet Explorer lets me know and wont even open up. It flags all red and tells me it a phish site.

Ah, Internet Explorer. Is there anything this unmatched browser can't accomplish?

I sell on E-bay and have had paypal for about 5-6 yrs. If I had a dollar for every phishing email I get for either site, I might be rich by now. I get at least 2-3 a day per site. I just know now, that if I'm not addressed by my full name not to respond. I also know the format both e-bay and paypal use to send emails so it's kinda hard to trick me anymore = )

I remember when I got an email from a phishing site telling me abuot a $5,000 charge the same day my mom's bank account got broken into... that was the only time they [i148ce3dc56]almost[/i148ce3dc56] caught me; in fact, I got the email while she was on the phone with the police, lol.
