4 Open Job position in Philly PA (Need DBA, Net Admin, J2EE)

I have 4 Fulltinme positions open that we are in need of for a financial company in the Philadelphia PA area.

I need the following

Sr. Database Admin

Sr. Network Admin

4 x J2EE Devs

2x QA Testers

There is a medium level Admin position open as well.

My current job, even though the actual work sucks, pays a good amount of my rent, as the owner owns both companies, so I'm waiting a while before I look elsewhere.

One of those promise the world and you end up sitting there doing mundane shit all day sort of things.

In English, does that mean a developer type position? And what about the QA? My hubby might be shopping around soon, but just possibly. Where in Philly is the company? Driving into the city for business hours sucks

J2EE Developer = Expertise in core Java, Hibernate, Struts, JSP, EJBS, Weblogic, Websphere

QA = Quality Assurance Tester. These guys basically break the software before launch and test it for bugs or problems. We prefer someone who has knowledge and has used Mercury Tools

not that Im interested persoanlly but for others what are expected salary estimates for all positions. Are you the hiring manager? Company information?
