Me - Intern at a Hospital that has hospitals along Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. I am currently in Texas implementing a new EMR and training Drs on how to use the program.

Payroll/HR for a major dialysis company. I handle GA,TN,AL,KY,IN,WV,OH and VA
About 6000 employees I have to make sure get paid, benefits, etc

LOL Im sitting at home in my PJs working, thats what I typically do but computer at home jobs are basically on call whenever they need ya.
