Well, that's certainly one way to clean out a rental space ... too bad that the offer wasn't real, though. Bad news for the landlord, though, seeing how some of the things taken were his property.

Insurance scam ... yes, that would be a possible scenario ...

This might prove to be fun to track; see if they find out who is responsible for the Craigslist listing in the first place.
