I have no idea what this could be; however, many people claim to have seen the same type of thing in rabbits. This is among one of the grossest things I have ever seen.

DAMN! That looks painful. It kinda reminds me of the guy on Hills Have Eyes 2 that kinda blends in with the rock.

But ouch. Like it looks like if he bends his fingers they are just going to fall off.

Could be a fake......look at the sleeves of his sweater...they probably couldn't be stretched wide enough to make it over his hands. If they could, the stretch would be evident as the sleeves would hang loosely.

I dunno. It could be fake. But look at his right sleeve (on the left of the picture) it looks pretty stretched to me. No it's not big enough for him to put his hand through. But I bet it could be stretched bigger and looks like it may have been in the past. And I'd think/hope he can close his hand a little more to help it fit in the sleeve.
