I'm eating matzo now. Not jewish, but I love it anyways.
Cream cheese and avocado on matzo? I think so....yum. Only thing that would make this better is some smoked salmon on top.

Aw man, I love matzo, even plain, and I'm not jewish either. The rabbi at my local synagogue used to leave boxes of it in my office when I worked at the Jewish Community Center.

I've never found Passover a happy holiday, as I'm dragged to my cousin's house and forced to sit through a 3 hr seder.
But anyways, Happy Passover!

Anyhow, atheist jews still celebrate a lot of jewish holidays since they're cultural as well as religious.
