yep- but you gotta be verified and the offer can't ask for a cvc
click "withdraw" and then "use the virtual card"

CVC (also CVV) is short for CARD VERIFICATION VALUE CODE and is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It's the last 3 digits on the back of Visa & Mastercard, and the 4 small digits on the front of American Express.

There is actually another way you can use your PayPal account for offers - but there is a drawback. You can get the PayPal debit card, and it treats your PayPal balance like a bank balance (and does not draw from the bank account you tie to your PayPal).

The downside is that you have to upgrade your account to a Premier member, and they will take a small percentage of any money you receive through PayPal. The upside is that it allows you to accept credit card funds through PayPal. This is handy if you sell stuff on eBay, or want to take cash off one of your own credit cards (the fees would suck, but I know of college students that have done it when their cards didn't offer cash advances). If you decided to upgrade your account, you can always change it back later to avoid their fees.

lol.......

not that hard really. either way, you still need a bank account to be able to receive and send money....

so why not just make a bank acct overall?

well actually not really... you dont HAVE to have a bank account, you could have funds in there from a recent ebay payment.. and anyway at least 85% of all people have a paypal account.

but don't you find it to be a huge hastle though? to have someone buy an item from you, to get money transfered onto the paypal acct AND THEN waiting for the 2-3 transfering time to use it to sign up for the offers?
