Is anyone having this problem as well?

Yesterday I set up THREE trades all of which the other user backed out of when they realized that they have to go first.

That's 3 newbs with less than 5 or so TR that actually expected me to go first!!!!!

Does anyone actually fall for that? So, so so annoying. You go to the trouble of setting up a trade and everything and then you realize that the person just wants a free damn green. One even had the nerve to tell me he'd pay on approval! he had ZERO TR. LOL.

It's worse than it has ever been. I don't think a single person reads the trade guidelines anymore

Seems they are coming in hopes of an instant payout or make money fast, They sign up and dont go green becouse they have to spend a little cash to go green. I guess they think that if they sign up, thats all it takes. One of my offers has a long list of refferals and are all black.

Consider letting them know the rules before you go ahead and agree to setup the trade.

There should be some kinda script that embeds a link to the rules in every trade thread made...?

So if a newbie even made a thread and didn't read the rules...they would be like...whats this link? and click it and read it.

Because they have that. In the top left corner of every single page on this site. A big red box with the link in it.

[quote0c7705ea43] ATTENTION! IF YOU ARE NEW HERE AND PLAN TO TRADE

I"m talking built into each thread....say you make a thread in the trade module...it will auto import the rules.

yeah its frustrating....

just had one saying why aren't you patient with me? lol...like i have to explain everything over and over and over

I'm a little confused do you want a link to it? Or the actual rules built into each thread.

Because there is a big red box with a link in plain view. I notice it all the time.

I think it's more of a problem with newbies beeing too lazy to read them. I think that if they were gonna read them they have the chance with the big red box.

I'm not trying to be a dick. I just think it's available easily enough but people dont' read it anyway.

I think I am soooo patient with people. I try to help in the help section and help out everybody with trading.

I still have no problem helping people with trading and whatnot.

But in the help section I dont' post as much anymore. I get kinda annoyed when i see the same topic three times on the same page. I used to just answer it everytime, but not I get a little annoyed and just tell them to look at the other three topics on the first page of the help section with the same topic. Or I don't post at all.

One guy I was trading with expected every instant offer to go green instantly. I told him to wait for it. He did 4 other offers so he would get an instant green! So he was out money for doing a green for me. His grammar was really poor too, so I couldn't understand him half the time.

I noticed that the post credit has been diabled in the trade forum. Is that becouse of people racking up points just by typing, "bump" or "pm'd"

I don't mind helping newbs get started either, but I usually refer them to theysayjump's link in the help section first. Something like thisThe first thing you need to do (if you haven’t already) is go to this link http//forum.freeipodguide.com/newbie.php and read through it. Then pm me with ???

They either come back with legit ?? or don't come back at all.

I PM people back with a simplier version. That way people are more likely to come back.

Well, I am a noob and I love noobs.

If not for new noobs, eventually we would all just
be in here doing nothing, right?

Don't new noobs make the whole thing work?
