Who do you think is the worst scammer of all time? How much did they get away with? How many times have they came back? When did they go bad?

Ahh, this reminds me of when someone figured out CC40's real address and let us know. He had several pizzas and other orders en route to his house lol And the whole time he was here as "BuildAPC" trying to pretend it wasn't himself again.

He used to be a mod..... He would scam people and when the victim posted in the scam thread wood always made it look like the person was a noob being an ass....... so he got away with lots and lots of scamming
until the other mods finally decided to lay the hammer down by then it was pretty much too late.....

He had a shitload of TR (for the time it was considered a lot), he scammed a shitload of people, and wood edited his avatar picture and put a pink penis in his mouth lol
3 months after he got banned he tried to make ammends by paying people back (he paid me back D ) but the mods refused to unban him anyways...

Wood banned me for not bidding on his ebay item.

He's been back, how many different names has he made up but our amazing mods here have caught the tard every time.

Lol! No no, just read the 50 pages of the DLF thingy, couldn't really gather whether he stole credit cards from here or elsewhere.. I was curious as to whether he was the worst or not. I lurked for a bit but never looked anywhere other than the network forums. I WAS around to see OldManWrigley get banned =)

I can't remember this guy's name, but I personally think he was the worst scammer ever. Not because he scammed so many people( he may have, I don't really remember) but it was his stupidity that made him the worst scammer ever.

This guy posted his ever growing entertainment setup that he got by scamming users on all these sites. He eventually got banned. He somehow came back a few months later and there was a post your entertainment center thread and the guy posts his "finished" setup which looked the same as this banned user's unfinished setup, just with a few new things.

I rofled when he was found out.

Cash4Cookies and FilosopherStoner were some of the worst!

Just wanted to pop in and say thanks FIG, for helping make some money a while ago. Never ment to be a scammer, just got in over my head, and you guys know how that goes. Sorry to people that I owed greens to or whatever. Looks like Wood pretty much got a dedication thread, nice. Im gonna have to vote for Wood, he scammed me real nice one time, way back when. Hes probebly the best (or worse, whichever way you look at it) scammer that I can remember.

DLF... But that Eric Leech/Tiparieth guy was the worst in recent times.

From hat Ive read DLF was in a big time scam. SOmething like $100,000 + in scams. Now thats a huge amount of money and the guy is in jail right now. Wood/cc40 dont even add up. They took pennies compared to DLF. DLF scammed individual FIPG memebers of $5000 or more on multiple occassions. This isnt even a contest
