Where would you go to exchange currency to USD. Turns out my 20 Kuwaiti Dinars are worth $69.1778 ... Would any bank do it?

They should, but they take the biggest cuts, IIRC. A currency exchange, like those in Times Square, might be more reasonable. shrug

There should be a currency exchange place in your area. Some money gram stores also exchange currencies I believe.
