On Trainn's 3604free.com....

Getting restless, considering buying one now and selling the one I get from Trainn but I'm kinda reluctant since so many scammers on ebay, also for the fact that it probably won't sell for over $350.00 with free shipping.

Also, who offers the best warranty? I know they mess up often and I need something to assure me that I'm good to go when the red light comes on.

Just wait for the one that's en route.

What do you mean by "who offers the best warranty"? There's a one-year manufacturer's warranty on it, but you'd have to pay extra for a product service plan (PSP) at a place like Best Buy if you were really that concerned about it.

I heard Costco has a lifetime warranty and I went to gamestop and they guy said they have a 12 month warranty for 40 bucks.... As you know Microsoft gives you refurbished systems when yours go bad.

I've decided to wait, I gotta play some more ps2 till it comes hopefully this week.

As soon as my warranty expires, I'll crack open the case and tinker with it.

I've had to swap it once so far.

if you get a new 360 do you get a new warranty too? Or if your 360 crapped out after 11 months and they sent you a new one, you would be on your own at that point?

No, I don't think so. I believe it's a 1 year warranty.

When you call in to their repair center to send off your broken console, they remind you of the warranty's remaining time.

Also, the warranty doesn't start when you buy the console, I believe it goes by it's manufacture date. So if it's been sitting on the store shelve for a month, that's one month less you have to return the 360 if something goes wrong unless you sign-up for the extended warranty they offer in the box when you buy the console..
