WTF people don't reply???

I am so frustrated with people who ask you to set up a trade and then dissapear.

Man, I had a few newbies ask me to set up trades and then I pm them to find out what'd going on when I see they haven't confirmed the trade. Days go by they read the pms, and don't have the decency to let you know what's going on.

I have no problem waiting for people to go green. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get credited. That granted, why the #$%$^ they can't tell me weather they are planning to just signing up to visit the site, or if they plan on finishing it.

I know how you feel. I have a few trades like that right now, actually.

It is more annoying when you set up the trade, they sign up, then request deletion without telling you; that's the worst. I just had one of those today, actually ... I feel your pain.

I have no problem helping anyone. I was there not too long ago. But is it so hard to reply and let me know what's up?

You would think that people would let you know what's going on ... but, that's life sometimes. People just expect you to be a mindreader. ?

i was looking in the trade section for people doing my site but what i noticed is that the trade section is full of people paying for greens but no1 to do it. (

looks like we ran outta noobs.

Why do you care that he posts so much? Big deal. Anyways yeah I am getting real sick of people agreeing to a trade and then disappearing. Its starting to frustrate me really bad....

i'm seeing people with 0 tr paying for greens. I did a site for someone with 1 tr and he split on me. never got my money and did an extra offer just to go green that night.

Needless to say, I don't know where to find him. I'm not doing sites for anyone with lower tr than myself, unless it's a trade.

another tip that may help you out is when you set up a trade specify the terms (confirmed within 24 hours, yellow within 48 hours or trade will be deleted.) as long as you specify this in the trade module i don't see why it would be a problem. some people don't realize that they may be that last one you need to complete the site. at least this way you will be out no more than 2 days insted of waiting days and days. very smart not to trade with anyone with a tr less than 4.

Trading with people with TR less that 4 is ok, if you have a safeguard like only paying them on approval. You have to be willing to be more patient with them, but just because they are new doesn't mean they are to be avoided.

I actuall y was talking about the other way around. Getting paid from ppl with tr less than4 . That's when I got screwed. And if trading greens lower tr goes first

very good point mmm! that's what i was meaning by not trading with < 4. (recieving payment) . some of my best trades came from noobs!!!

In a case like that, I would see if the person with less than 4 TR would pay first, or maybe half and half. That depends on your TR too, though.

You know ... of all my posts, only 24 have been in the brag bag, as opposed to the 56+ times that you have posted there. I'm just saying, that's not very cool to point out something like that, especially when you have more than double the posts there than I do. If you want me to point out people who do say things like "Great Job" or "Congrats!" on every grab bag post, I'll be glad to, but generally speaking I actually say more than "Great Job" when I choose to comment there.

And why do you care that I post so much? I help people in all the forums ... oh, and you should know that posts in the Trade Forum don't even count, and calling out mistakes so that new people don't keep making them and get banned? I would consider that helpful, personally. I have nothing against you, but I do try to help people with anything they need help with, including when they make mistakes.
