remove the (-) karma button

We should not have a minus karma button. Only a plus, or better yet if you click the minus it makes your karma go down. I don't think people should be taking karma away from people.

If you don't like the person just don't give them karma... this way if someone has an enemy they dont just lose karma points 1 by 1.

Just a thought i had.
