Yea hopefully they do get limitations to there account although I thought this was actually legal that paypal lets people do this? Although I get that retarded crap all the time in emails or actual letters sent to my house to try that crap only by mail.

It's all a big scam. It has been for like the past 10 years and it still is. If I said I worked for Apple and said they had a Paypal competition, would you believe it?

No, it isn't a scam... It's just a train, where people send eachother money. If people do follow the direction you will get a lot of money, but that happens about 1 in a million times, so nobody gets money, which then makes it illegal.

Here's what they want people to do
1. See a spam message like his and send $1 to each of the 5 paypal accounts.
2. Bump off the top person and add themselves to the list
3. Spam list like crazy
4. Get paid by people who repeat the process

Problem is nobody was paying, just putting down their emails, which makes it illegal if they get any money.

You've got to be a complete retard to think anybody is actually going to send any money to you, everybody is too cheap or thinks it's a scam.
