weak ebay scam attempt?

So, I sold COD 3 last wednesday night on ebay. I realized the guy has 0 feedback and I knew he wasnt gonna pay for it, so I send him a message asking when will he pay. He responds with this

Almost immediately I tell him that I didnt receive anything and to make sure to follow the instructions. He then responds with this

I havent responded...I just told ebay whats going, but waiting for a response. Anybody else think I should do something else? Is he even trying to scam me? Does anyone want to call them or should I call? twisted The number comes back to Montana.

Last time I sold something on ebay...I manually removed all the 0 feedback users trying to bid right before it ended. lol

Hmm Ive never had any prob with 0 feedback users. I just sold something last night too, the guy joined just to buy my item. Payed while I was asleep.

I wouldn't worry about...ebay owns paypals so they can verify if he did in fact pay or not. If he did for and for some reason it didn't get to you, then they should be able to straighten that out too. Just let ebay handle it, and don't ship the game until you have the cash.

If he's transferring money from a bank account to PayPal, it may just be that the transfer has already been recorded by his bank but that the funds have not yet arrived in his PayPal account. (It usually takes 3 business days for a transfer from a checking account to PayPal.)

Ask to see his PayPal receipt for his payment to you. My guess is that he is confusing transferring the funds to PayPal and actually making a payment to you.

I love Judge Judy You heard the verdict!! Judgment for the plaintiff $5.000 Dollars Crazy instead of 500.

I sold someone with 0 feedback a Wii, and everything went through fine.

Although, this guy seems to be fishy with his whole paid but it never went through. I would just go for second chance and forget about this guy.

I used your advice. I asked him for the transaction number for paypal receipt.

Anyways, I dont have any problems with 0 users...but in most of my auctions I ask them to contact me first...if they dont, I remove the bidding with a reason saying that they did not contact me, yet they keep bidding, so I just block them from the auction.
