What kind of skills do you have? I'm looking for a good artist. Dragons, flames and tribal type stuff. Anything that would look good on the side of some import cars.

I'm more interested in tech/journalism (not much of an artist, however, I can collage pretty well on photoshop)

Thanks for the support phorty, and I got the name shooby because my cousin calls me that (I dunno why) it just sounded cool. And I want the powerbook because I HATE being on the bandwagon of Windows users, and I just HATE WINDOWS for several reasons. Podtopia, I can code html and a little php, as well as create simple flash animations (I learned flash a while ago). I added you to my AIM buddy list. Also, how much we talking moneywise.

Also, I think the whole Apple bandwagon has a lot more riders than the Windows bandwagon (if there ever was such a thing).

i personally would go with a linux server (apache) and MySQL

When you say mySQL to a real database developer they'll chuckle.

Sorry, the thing needs to support a lot more stuff before I'll consider it to be a full featured database.

Additionally, Apache alone cannot do database access. You need some sort of scripting language to make that work. Perl, PHP, Java... something to actually do the work. Apache just serves web pages.
