Kind of cool, I guess. Not sure why I would use this to monitor my minutes when both my phone and my Cingular account do, though.

Some of you have had difficulty uninstalling. Here are a couple of things I am hearing

1. Where is the uninstaller? how do I remove the program?

.Neturl==http://=http:///url Click-once does not create a separate uninstaller for watchmycell so you will need to go to"Controll panel--> add/remove programs--> watchmycell". BUT BEFORE YOU DO THAT PLS EXIT THE PROGRAM

2. I accidently had the program running and uninstalled the program but it wont go away

Well the program does not go away because windows has cached it for startup! Now you have to do some manual stuff. To completely clean that up you will need to remove the registry key

go to Start--> Run --> regedit.exe

Follow the path to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete the "watchmycell" key there. This is nothing mallicious, its just a way to tell windows to start the app when windows starts!

If you have any problems uninstalling pls email me at prashanth @ watchmycell dot com

I know with T-Mobile just dial #646# ... it's free. It tells you how many minutes you've used for the month.

I hate it when shit like that happens! That's the main reason they make garbage programs in the first place!

But i guess that could come in handy to people whose providers dont offer services. I think Alltel doesnt. Thanks O4F-Manofice.

I get my minutes told to me every time I make a phone call...

A good idea, but since most cell phones allow you to check your usage already, it just doesn't seem that necessary.
