A lot of these are inaccurate. Because I sometimes get download speeds of over 3 MB/s...so when it says I'm not even getting close to that...It's false.

It compresses the rate of bandwidth available ... so the upload speed is incredibly slow. At least to me.

Ah. Wow, my speeds drastically increased when I tried it with a California server, and I was using a Jersey server before. I even had a higher latency with the California one, and got better speeds. Odd.

That's where I was testing from (note the sacbee.com as my ISP.. duh, a newspaper is usually not also an ISP)...

I usually last a good five or ten minutes, but that is if I haven't ejaculated in a while. If it is, say, the second time in a day, then I would have to say anywhere from twenty to sixty minutes. Wide range, but then again I guess it depends on the wideness of the vagina. I read the average male last 150 seconds, no lie. Sucks.

Sorry, I should've elaborated on that.. Yeah, upload is generally more important than download and you won't be UNcapped for a while. lol sorry thats just how CableVision rolls 8)
If you're lucky, they will remove the cap after 30 days, if you repeat the offense, expect to have dialup all over again. No lie, my friend knows someone who was so torrent-happy, that they never removed the cap. PWND
