Best place to buy cell phones without a service plan?

I am looking to buy a LG chocolate for Verizon. Are there sites that sell just the phone without a service plan? I want a chocolate but I can't find just the phone besides ebay. It is $250 brand new on ebay.

Yeah I would say that your best bet would be ebay. Most places that sell them are the companies that make you get a service plan. I know that Circuit City has verizion but not too sure about best buy. You might be able to get it there without a plan but not too sure.

hmm alright. Yea at the Verizon store or Verizon in circuit city you can buy it but it's $299.99 without service.

Good luck trying to get it to work on Alltel.
