I don't know if I feel bad.

If she did OD, that was her lifestyle choice, and she paid the price. My heart goes out to her family members, but to her, I think she wasted a good life.

I think that her kid, the baby, will have a better life without her as a mom, I don't think she's fit to be a parent if she did in fact OD on some sort of drug.

If she didn't OD and just died of natural causes, then RIP

Though there are friends who say she took Methadone throughout the pregnancy, which is maybe why the child was born in Bahamas so it wouldn't be taken from her. Plus if you drink and take Methadone on a regular basis, you end up where she has....

I don't think anyone is really passing judgement on her. But, she has been known to do drugs and maybe if it wasn't a direct cause of death, no way could the drugs have helped her body.

The media painted her is a pretty bad light (as they often do for better stories/ratings/etc). So we dont know that it was a drug overdose. It is more rare that a person that young has heart failure, but that could have been it. She had a lot of stress and it could have been stress induced. who knows. I suspect drugs, but it could have been complications with her medicines, diet pills.


Also, there have been multiple bomb threats for a local high school and hospital in the area (NE Ohio), however the breaking news on most recent phone call threat was interupted for this story on Anna Nicole Smith's death.

it very well could be drug related and it very well could be some sort of health problem...my point was people talk as if they knew her personally and that they are all knowing about Anna Nicole it just irritates me because the woman just died and left behind a baby girl.

This may sound odd but i think it had something to do with the diet supplement she was taking, trimspa.....When i was researching diet aids that one popped up on a site and there was a hell of a lot of warnings from people who had used it.
And it wasn't just that site either, there was four more of them, and i got in contact via email with one of the ladys who had to be admitted to the er for stomach pumping after her body rejected one of the things in the pill. also there was the fact that the amount of green tea extract was too high for most people when mixed with some of the other things.
"The total daily intake of four pills a day would provide 500 milligrams of green tea extract and 200 mg of caffeine, which is roughly equivalent to two 8-ounce cups of coffee. " There was also cocoa extract which is a stimlant.
Also, the news said she was on antidepressaints right? Well read this, it was posted with a list of warnings and side effects.

Trimspa shouldn't be taken with Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI) antidepressant drugs. MAOI drugs include phenelzine (Nardil), tranylcypromine (Parnate), selegiline (Eldepryl), and isocarboxazid (Marplan). These drugs react with foods containing tyramine, such as cocoa, and may lead to a dangerous rise in blood pressure, as well as headache, nausea, vomiting, rapid heartbeat, possible confusion, psychotic symptoms, seizures, stroke and coma when combined with MAOI antidepressants.
Anyway, may she rest in peace. I just feel sorry for the poor kid, now everyone is really going to be fighting over her.

It is ridiculous that she is all over the news. A drugy gold digging, porn star is making more headlines than anything else.

Yes, there's an element of tragedy because she died at a young age and has left a young child motherless, but in the long run, it is very likely that she died because of her own lifestyle choices.

Hearing people talk about how "life is so short" and "death is so senseless" in reference to Anna Nicole just pisses me off. I wish the media had this kind of coverage for the soldiers who are dying every day in Iraq. Those deaths are true tragedies; American soldiers are going to another country to push a senseless policy and losing their lives for it. Those men and women really don't deserve to die for such a stupid reason.

I don't mean to sound preachy, but it just seems to me that it makes more sense to give the attention to our exploited soldiers and lament their passing so uselessly rather than some big dumb blond who added nothing of value to our society.

She's the Marilyn of the 21st century. Tragedy similar to Marilyn. Controversial life and now an icon just like Marilyn. Scary how Anna's idol's life became pretty much hers too. Media is showing her in a very nice light. Im impressed. I didn't expect it to happen till down the road.

There's no way people can seriously compare Anna Nicole Smith to Marilyn Monroe. I mean yeah ok they both had some tragedy and secret/controversial stuff. But throughout everything Marilyn had one thing Anna could never achieve or buy - class.

Her autopsy is complete and there was no sign of drug abuse at the time of her death.
