Well i got that from him as well but i know him so i dont believe he trying to scam anyone. he is trying to help people out and make a profit at the same time. If his program is against the rules we will deal with him accordingly, i will personally speak with him today. Also it is his business on how he wishes to get referrals and if he is cheating gratis and oc will probably catch him. He is a contributer for this site and it will be hard to simply ban him for offering info to people through PM's. If your not interested please just ignore it.

No matter how long, or how many posts he has doesn't negate the fact that he's acting fraudulently.

The fact that moderators here are effectively condoning this guy because he's a member and has a bunch of posts is atrocious.

yes thats more likely if he was noob but at the same time it was private message he didnt go out and put the information on a thread for everyone. he sent it to peopeles PM box. if he was spamming it would be a diffrent situation

Spamming is spamming, whether it be to PM boxes, email or web forums. It was an unsolicited mass sent message.

By the way, wardriving for APs to sign up with would still require different names and credit cards, so it wouldn't be as easy as just having different IPs.
