This guy mapped out the controls of a wiimote to a dj mixing program on his computer, and uses two wiimotes to dj some albums.

It's a pretty cool concept and I can't wait to see what other people can do after they hack into the wiimote.

I just read on a magazine that people hacked the wiimote and made it play a few games on their pc. I think you have to have bluetooth on your computer. I could post a link later.
