Anyone know a site or a download that can change your voice, maybe go up or down or sound like a guy or girl? Just a normal voice not a distorted one.

Go the analog route, find someone to give you a swift kick in the nuts lol
OTH, how about something that does text to speech? Some of the voice files are pretty good (not the MS built in voices). As long as you can type realtime you should be able to set up a TTS echo and carry out a conversation that way.
