Magic hat is just ok and i dont consider that a good import as they can be found everywhere.

The Tremens will become one of your favorite beers though. It truely is amazingly smooth.

These are not imported but on a few places online stock them as its a hard beer to come by and places dont carry many.

They are about $7-9 a piece but well worth the $ especially for the alcohol content, taste and the fact that they are 25oz.

Your grocery store has these!!!! Where the hell are you located. This is a hard beer to come by as most places on get a case if that and sell out right away

awesome beer! Sucks that you have to order it though, I'm in Austin and they're at most grocery stores and beer corner stores. We do love our Beer in Austin though I guess.

Ive looked at a lot of places in the area and for the most part they only sell them by the case of 12oz bottles.

Not many places stock the 25oz bottles or the 4 packs and they are expensive in stores

Well its not mass produced like a Miller or Bud. Secondly it must be imported and is expensive.

A lot of places dont carry it or can get it but choose not too unless they are a huge distributor because of the fact that although it will sell eventually, its not worth stockng a case or two for the $10-20 they will make on each case (if that).

i never did say magic hat was a import.

but i checked my bev distributor and he says that it is possible for him to get them in.

and for the price you stated thats not bad chimay runs you about 13 bucks here.

Definitly not bad at all considering that if you buy in store as most retail locations your going to get killed on tax and markup because of overhead costs associated with owning a retail location.

Because a lot of online retailers have no physical location, you are able to get it relativly close to cost and not have to deal with taxes

How the hell can you come in here and make a statement about Americans and their weak fucking beer especially after posting a link to that beer and its measly 10.5%. First off, I drink a lot of imported but let me show you a few American beers that would use that Terrible beer as an ass wipe

What about that brew that bud had that they said was coming soon a while back? I think it was the ultra alcoholic stuff. I saw it on the history channel too and the commercial.
