Yah im interested in buying a new cell phone
My carrier is Alltel
I was looking on ebay and i saw a SLVR
which looks really kick ass
first of all wht the F does unlocked mean
and when it saysPhone Carrier Branded mean?
but can anybody tell me if somehow i can get a slvr and
do alltel

edit i dont know about your zip code, but mine shows alltel doesnt offer the slvr. If you really wanted it you could purchase an unlocked one.

unlocked means you can use it with any carrier i think. You want an unlocked one, or one branded to alltel if you are going to stay with them.

If you renew your contract, you can get a free phone most cases, but not slvr with alltel.

alltel doesnt sell the phone
but it does have motorola phones
i think i just have to buy the phone
and the alltel store will put the
SIM card in for me

If you want to use Alltel try out my auction, its got 30 minutes left. Bid if you want, all you do is slide ure alltel sim card in it and you are ready. This is an L6 SLVR not an L7, so don;t be mistaken. The differences. Mine doesnt have iTunes but you can certainly put music on it. No, not all unlocked phones can use sim cards. There are two types of unlocked - sim unlocked and virtual unlocked. If you have sprint or verizon you have to get it virtually unlocked because they dont use sim cards. As for alltel cingular tmobile and a few others you can just sldide them in to this unlocked phone. The mods are a new skin in the software, music capabilities, better reception, and some others. Once you slide the simcard in it pretty much sets everything up for you. For internet browsing just go to altel's website and they tell you all the ports to use, really easy and if you buy it ill help u set it up!

Oh and the housing is new lol, the phone used to be silver - forgot!

I'll even throw in more than 1,000 cell phone games on CD! (sorry for double)

alltel is cdma... and you cannot use an 'unlocked' phone w a cdma network. an unlocked phone can be used w other gsm carriers... like attwireless and tmobile and some other overseas providers... so unless the slvr is alltel branded, i really really REALLY dont think it would work
