Hey do people go green at a specific time of day, like at 12 midnight or something, or is it just random?

I'm not 100% sure of this. I know that with instant credit offers, it's instant (usually) and it doesn't matter what time of day (although, I'm not sure if it's instant on the weekends, someone can probably clarify this).
I honestly think it's random, but if anyone is willing to do the research, fine by me. )

I dont believe anybody truly nows. Ive noticed with OC i usually get greens around 2-3pm but maybe thats just when i check because i am at work. But its usually later in the day from what ive noticed but its probably random.
