*F off Daniela Cicarelli

Ya, you probably "saying who the hell is that?" I, like you never heard of her until I watched a video on CNN about her and her boyfriend getting a court order to shut down Youtube unless they remove a video of her having sex on a PUBLIC beach. How ridiculous is this? I understand Youtube taking it down because it contains adult content and it violates their terms but take it down bc it violates her privacy??? Give me a break! This is going to expose her more than it helps her which she prob wants deep down inside. Youtube should counter sue her for millions in lost revenue if this thing goes through.

I think Brazil is also asking YouTube to somehow block people in Brazil from viewing the video. Lool

well considering its illegal to have sex in public like that.. id laugh like crazy if somehow they got charged for the crime and the video was used as evidence.

I guess the laws are different in Spain (where it happened). You can see in the video that there were a bunch of people around and they just walk off like nothing happened. I can't believe that she thinks she has the right to sue over this and obviously the Brazilian court system agrees with her (most likely bribed them) . In this case every whore wannabe celebrity will be lining up to sue.
