What's everyone doing for New Years?
I'm going to a party, and getting drunk (would you guys expect any less?), but during the day my parents are going to be in Indianapolis so I'm throwing a smaller party until we go over to the real party.

Damn. Didn't know that was the reason. I've known girls like that, and it's usually been in response to other problems in their life. Sometimes people turn to that structured life because they don't want to face other problems.
I'm not saying that's true of her, but I've know others for which it was.
Anyhow, getting drunk sounds like the right thing to do. ;)
Meanwhile I'll be watching Dick Clark drool on national TV.

I'm usually partying with the fam., but it's a pretty quiet new years this year. Most of it had to do the huge snowstorm we recently got, which limited transportation for a while. You should have seen the huge crowds at the local supermarket shock Btw...an hr. to go for us mountain men.
