Every time you make a purchase, it's super secure now, since even if your number was stolen, it wouldn't work. D
I think ^. But does that mean it works like a prepaid? Or am I wrong about if your number is stolen, it won't work anymore.

It only requires IE if you're using the Form Fill thing. The program still works without IE.

Just use 000 or 123, most sites will go through then.

Now I already activated two cards and when I go to li. . . ./vdebit it wont let me use it. (I went a little crazy about security and reported it stolen after every purchase. I only got to purchase two times). Will this one work?

Not true.
Additionally, is this solely available to business or premium accounts? I have a personal one, and while I occasionally used the old version of the virtual card (usually couldn't without the CVV2 #), I can't even access the option in my profile now, beta or not.

I downloaded it today fine. Just try logging into your paypal and clicking virtual debit on the left menu.

I downloaded it, which went fine, but after installation, whenever it runs, I get a Windows Pop-Up saying

Yeah, it still exists, as the "PayPal Plugin" I believe.
