Capturing the Friedmans (Child Molestation...not YGF)

I have a paper due tomorrow on the movie Capturing the Friedmans. It's a famous documentary about a child molestation case were a father and his son plead guilty to molesting their computer class in hopes of shortening their sentences, but they say they're innocent. It's a very interesting documentary. Anyway, if anyone has seen it, do you think they're guilty or innocent and why?

i think the father was guilty, but Jesse was innocent. I could only tell that from the movie. The two were shady as all hell, but kids' stories were only consistent when dealing with the father. THe Jesse stories were definitely fabricated by the prosecution, and the kids repeated that as testimony.

I completely agree that Jesse is innocent, but I also think Arnold is innocent when dealing with the computer class. Sure he molested a few little boys way back when, but that I don't think he molested anyone in the class and here's why. There was no bleeding, crying, or semen stains on these children which are all effects of being molested. How could the parents not know if the child was being molested? These kids would definitely say something to their parents or the parents would see tears in their eyes or blood on them. Not to mention some kids still are certain that no molestation went on in the class. The students' testimonies where fabricated memories caused by the hypnosis. To top all that, parent often stopped in unexpected and saw nothing out of the ordinary going on.
