I got my free ipod through freepay. How can I go about getting replacement headphones for my ipod since mine sound all fuzzy now. Isn't there a way free of cost by shipping them in, and could you point me in the right direction. Thanks.

I think you just need to input your serial number on the back.. it doesn't matter where you got it from.
I've had two service repairs/replacements through the warranty on my ipod from freepay.
