What exactly is ebay express?? It seems no different than a seller on ebay having a store with buy-it-now items. I dont understand the hype ebay is making about it.

It's a BIN thing.
I've bought stuff via Express before. Nothing fascinating but quite convenient for sorting through the useless crap by price/model/etc.
