I guess you should just keep milking the cow until it dies. I don't think this can go on for too much longer though. If one of the food places calls up someone from the list and tries to confirm if they did the taste test or not then you guys are probably screwed. At least you're not the boss lol.

Ya, as long as you're not the boss, I don't think you are in much trouble. On the other hand, I wouldn't feel so great if I had my name copied out of the phone book and profited from without my consent. Also, as said before, a freeipodguide site isn't the best place to search for legal advice...

Wow, that must be the best job ever. Except the survey filling part might get a little boring, but you can just count the money while you are doing them. And if your boss ever gets screwed, you and your employee friends can say that she made you do it. But how big is the company. If she's been boss for 6 years, how come they haven't found out?

I don't think there's any legal action that would be taken against you, but I'm the boss would be fired. The only thing I could think of would be fraud, but again, I don't think you'd be convicted on anything. You might even be brought in as a witness; do that, you get off scott-free.

I found this comment hilarious only because it emphasizes all the greed taking place in this thread; you'd rather have a job defrauding and undermining the marketing department of other companies than work in a hospital, which functions to save people's lives...
Personally, I would never do something like this. (And there's one in the same town my mom works in, too.)

Ilan - I highly doubt that every boss with that job is corrupt, but I'm sure you already knew that. I'll bet if you got a job with this company closest to you, they'd operate normally and they wouldn't cheat. But yeah, I can see your point about how you wouldn't want to undermine society like that.
