I recently broke my v3 Razor, but had insurance on it. I filed the claim and they told me they would be sending me a new phone and I had to return my old one. Well, it was suppose to be here over 2 days ago. Its status on the UPS page is "Delivered", but I dont have it! I know no one picked it up for me, so I think someone jacked it.
Is their anything I can do about this? I mean, can they either send me another one, or check to see if the one they sent to me is activated to see who took it?

They're supposed to require signatures on those kind of orders unless you pick otherwise. If you chose otherwise, you're out of luck, but if they didn't get a signature from you then you can make a claim with them. Call them and say you never got it
