A4F Awards? FiPG gonna do the same?

Folks here know about the 2006 Anything4Free awards?

Since a bunch of folks from there come here, and vice versa...I wondered if something like that would be in the works here.

Since I just got paid from FREE.ENTERPRIZE not too long ago, I'm pickin them for the Best New Network.

But if we had one here, would GiftsInn (now banned there) and YGF (ran out by the villagers), be up for an award?

Ya thoughts.

Id sponsor it... but i may not be able to.

i think the new rating system is similar to an award. Those companies rated higher will get more business that is just as good or better then any award that A4F may give...just my 2cents

Because he told someone to sign back up to HostGator so he and them can get credit. He said if they didnt he would tell A4F how he frauded.

Actually that's not even true. He was banned for encouraging fraud. He told a user to do HostGator again and that he would pay for the cost of the offer. The user said he wasn't interested but he told them to do it anyways. That's after the credit was denied.

I never told the guy to sign up again, i merely asked to reinstate his account, which is not the same as signing up for the offer again as that would be fraud. HostGator said he had cancelled too early so i asked him to contact them be email to get everything sorted out. And yes i said i would pay for that extra month of service, but just for a month, he would have to pay for the other months. What i do not get is how i am "encourage fraud" by asking him to reinstate his account. But anyways since it doesnt seem likely that i will be unbanned, though they said they are still reviewing the case, it seems like fipg will be the only place i can promote the site and provide support much like YGF. The site is not closed nor is it a scam site. I will continue to send out gifts as usual.

Why do you have sites such as 123StuffForFree, Free4Me, and Order4Free in the grade A section of your forums then? They all encouraged users to fraud Tickle.

Anyways, on topic, I'm all up for it =P

Order4Free encouraged Tickle fraud the most. However, Tickle's policies were unclear, so many site owners did not know right from wrong for Tickle. They obviously had a good record of months going with Tickle. Then Tickle caught on and realized they were losing money. The Tickle incidents should NOT affect site rankings and/or statuses IMO. ;)

Yeah I remember someone kind of tried this last year but it fell apart because people were "Eh I don't know anyone, who to vote for, etc..." We just need to hype it up more and give it some mod attention maybe.
