So yea this will be my first " Black Friday Shopping" anyways theres a few things at BestBuy that I really want the two 12inch subs+box+amp combo for 129.99 "Im not big on systems but what there advertising any good?" & Im getting the Digital Camera for 129.99. I plan on going to Bestbuy around 7pm after thanksgiving "our bestbuy opening at 5am" Do you think there will be people already in line? Also what's my chances being able to run to the car audio "first cause I really need a system since I sold my first one" Then over to the cameras in time to grab the 129.99 camera?

I live in kentucky about 15 miles away from cinncinati so I doubt there will be anyone at our Bestbuy. you can bet your ass there will be people in line. Not too many, but people will be there.
Most people get there about 9 or 10 when they get home and whatnot, so you should be cool.
Last year the earliest people got to my BB was 12PM, lol

Target has some kick ass TV's that I wish I could camp out for but the closest one is like an hour away and it's just not worth it. ( Good luck everyone.

Just to let everyone know - I'd HIGHLY recommend you get a TV from Costco. You pretty much have a lifetime warranty there. If anything goes wrong with it, you can take it back and get either store credit or you can upgrade to get something better.
Even if there isn't anything wrong with it you can still take it back and upgrade it if you wish.

Man, I was planning on getting that Panasonic TV from Best Buy for $999 but I just got home because there was already a line wrapped around the building so I doubt I will get one and I don't want to wait all night to find out that there are no more left. I went to Circuit City which is like a minute from Best Buy and I could have been like the 5th person in line but they aren't offering that TV for BB's price so I figured it wasn't worth it. I will just order it online or something. Oh well... I was really looking forward to getting that TV!

i got the eMachines computer and the kodak digital camera.... I was there at 7PM and got in line with my friend who got in line at 3PM.
I also picked up the 100 DVD-R discs for $5 and the 2.1 speaker set w/subwoofer for $10 and then I got the dvd burner for $30.
I also picked up the Sansa Rhapsody music player and the Casio piano keyboard.
Friggin at my bestbuy the line went so long, there were at least 1000 people in line, i'm not kidding. and then about like 3AM everything got crazy because people cut in line and they called the sherrifs and like 6 sherriff cars showed up to maintain peace.
and this lady tried to cut in line with us and claimed she'd been there all night, and know one knew who she was so when the store manager came, we all said that she cut and he told her to get out of line -D
but i'm happy. i came out with everything.
Did anyone else have trouble finding out where to go to get their voucher items? I had to go through 3 separate lines just to get all my crap... it was so confusing.

Once I was saw the line at Best Buy at 700 PM, I knew it wasn't worth waiting in considering I probably wasn't going to be able to get the Panasonic TH-42PX60U for $999.00 before they sold out. I decided to go home instead. I woke up this morning, went to Best Buy, they had sold out of that TV so I went to Circuit City who was also sold out and just special ordered it. I got it for $1199 which was only $200 more than Best Buy but I didn't have to wait all night in a long line so that is fine with me. Now I just have to wait until it comes in which is going to be 7-10 business days. FINALLY I have my new TV!

I went to Target got there at 2am - by 5am the line wrapped around the building and there were 150 people PLUS in line - I was number 2 - got 19" LCD TV, DVD Player, Microwave, two 512 SD Cards, Armor All Holiday Gift Pack and a Kodak Camera (these are all presents for people and we had to charge them on the CC - looks like I am going to be busting my butt to pay it off)

Yeah I took it back because I wanted to have the Costco lifetime (pretty much) warranty. This was also cheaper, and the quality is a lot nicer.

This TV, while cheap, is not worth it. The picture quality is mediocre at best and when compared to a high end set, its night and day. Sound quality is average. Lastly, the physical size of the Olevia isquite large. Net net, its not something you should throw $500 away on. Buyer beware.

The BB near me was fucking crazy today. I arrived at 445 and there were already a bunch of ppl waiting to get in. Maybe around 200-300 ppl, like around 5 cop cars, 3 ambulances lol. BB wouldn't open for hrs. I waited at least an hr and headed to Macy's. Came back 2 hrs later and there were still a bunch of ppl at the door waiting to get in. When they finally let ppl in the mall, they'll make u wait even more. Everyone was so pissed and shit.
Anyway, I was looking primary for a TV. The Panasonic for $999 was the one I'm looking to get but it sold out. After waiting 3+ hrs in a line for a TV, My mom finally decided to go with the Samsung HPS5073 for $2500.50. BB was giving shit load of discount for everyone. Original price was $3300, it was on sell for $3000. Total price after tax, shipping, and a bunch of shit load cables BB made us buy turned out $3200. Any1 know if this TV is worth the Price?

sorry to say it but you paid wait too much! The vizio 50 inch plasma has the same specs and the same picture as your plasma all for $1499 from circuit city. That was their special today. Can you return it and get another tv?

actually the tv has become pretty much name brand. Cnet.com is it is a huge fan and their 37 inch is the most sold 37 inch. They are good.
Yea, I was just watching Cnet's Holiday Helpdesk, they're giving away this same tv(the 50") along with 10 PS3's.
Their rating is a 7 outta 10 which is pretty darn good

Well just to update you on my shopping experience. I got at bestbuy about 7pm I was 45th in line WTF. Anyways happy to say I got every thing I wanted "Unlike past experiences" But anyways today was a long ass day Basically I got there at 7pm waited and waited then got my shit at 5am then ran home to unload it then headed to go work at my shit job as a cashier on Black Friday Working 6am-5-30pm...So yep it sucked...to bad I didn't have a digital camera or I would have posted some pics.

The Best Buy in my area was a terrible joke, but it wasn't as funny as Fry's. Around 300 were at Fry's at 830PM Thursday and around 200 people were at Best Buy at 730PM. I was one of the people of my group in charge of Circuit City. Nothing's new. Asians are still always being suspicious and mexicans are still trying to cut in line (noticeablly and indiscreetly). Lastly, there's always a very annoying manager, who fits the average Malcom-in-the-Middle manager sterotype, that slows everyone down by 'trying' to keep the peace, in way that hints he is a homosexual.
I can't say I got everything I wanted, but it was a pretty good run.
