Okay well, I should've asked if ePassporte is a reliable way to send money? This guy wants to do a trade but says he got "screwed by PayPal after an eBay transaction" so I don't know. ePassporte just SOUNDS shady, even if the site looks legit, I don't like it. Would I have to link my bank account to their site? Or can I paypal myself the money to the ePassporte account and then give the money to the guy who wants to trade with me?

Its legit, like paypal. U need to link a bank account, then they do a deposit and u have to put the amount

Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
why can't people just pay for a premium paypal account ? alkfjlsajfldksjflkjd
Probably the same reason why you won't spend 5 minutes opening a legit ePassporte account. Get over it and do it if you want to trade. If not, move on.

I don't think there is any way to get your money back from epassporte once you've sent it.

You can get a debit card just like paypal so you can atm the money from your epass. I think the card fee is kind of high but it's just a one time fee.

Its not a problem of linking a debit card/bank account, its the fact that money I send out is not refundable. So forget that, I'll stick with paypal

I'm surprised no one told him to search before posting.

It's completely unsafe and the staff are incompetent.
