do you guys think that its OK to be used with free... offers?
i mean, when I accidentally buy songs off iTunes when my Paypal MasterCard Debit Card has a balance of $0, my request gets turned down (no overdrafting). When I go onto paypal.com to check, it would say Status Denied.

No. Most of these offers will "charge" the card provided anywhere from $1 to $3 to ensure that there are funds available on the card. I say "charge" because the funds are never actually removed, it's almost a virtual charge. Nonetheless, if there are no funds available, you will not get credit for the offer (if it lets you finish it at all).

I know, but like, I keep about $10 on my paypal card, and let them do an authorization hold and whatever else they need to do.
