Wolverines win, i admit ohio state suckeyes look pretty dominant this year and i think they are setting themselves up for an upset like oklahoma did years back when they looked so good. but ou lost to kstate with that sorry excuse of a qb, jason white, what a waste of a heisman trophy.

go wolvies!

I'm calling OSU 17 MU 10.

Both defenses, but especially Michigan's, are too good for this to be a high scoring game.

I think the key will be Troy Smith. If Michigan can get good pressure on him, and keep him contained, they will win. They have a lot of ball-hawks in the secondary, so if they can force some bad passes, it may be a long day for the dirty Buckeyes.

Yeah i know im a buckeyes fan and thats why i thikn that they are going to win. The only way that Michigan has a CHANCE is if they can stop Smith.

Damn me for saying this but Michigan does have the potential to beat my team but it will have to come with a combination of shutting down T. Smith, keeping our amazing wide recievers in check, and Hart playing an amazing game.

Its going to be a close game...and you know what really sucks, the BCS.

Its going to be sad to see the loser of this game most likely drop down to 3rd in the BCS standings , meaning that they will not get a title shot. I think that this here should be the title game and it would be sweet that if the loser of this game still stayed in 2nd place and a rematch happend for the title.

Michigan has ball-hawks in the secondary? UM has 11 INT's this year and at least 4 of those are by LB's. They give up 201.5 yards per game in the air, which is 65th in the nation. Not necessarily ball-hawks. Gonzalez & Co. could have a field day with the deep ball.

The front seven on the other hand is VERY impressive. If OSU can get anything going on the ground, UM's defense will be on its heels. Maybe a heavy dose of 6'2" 230lb Beenie Wells can help soften up the D (providing he can hold on to the ball).

OSU 37
MI 35

It will be 37 to 29, after Michigan gets a safety to get the ball back. They score, but miss the 2 point conversion.

Wrong.

USC is going to stomp Cal.

zr2152

18-11-2006 10:14:34

that would be sweet if USC lost, then I think that loser of the OSU MICHIGAN game (michigan) would stay in the number 2 spot and they would have a rematch for the National title.

And I think that 37-35 is way too high..

There is no way that BOTH teams are going to score in the thirties

anyways...

The score isn't nearly as close as the game is, OSU is dominating. They had ONE run that was 19 yards over UM's average allowed YPG in the rush (33, run was 52 by Pittman).

nooo

this game could easily be tied.. michigan could even be winning

just think if henne would have hit manningham when he was all alone, or if michigan didnt miss that tackle for the 50 yard td run. also, michigan missed a tackle on smith and then after he threw Hall missed the second opportunity.

michigan looked solid on the two drives they scored, but the small mistakes for big yards really killed them

That is true. Stop hating on ND. I could care less about football. I just love that place. ) You never know they could pull of a win next week, but right now it doesn't look too good.

What'd I tell you? USC merked on Cal.

Now USC takes on ND, and gets into the national championship game against OSU.

Polls just released, Michigan is still #2. Only by 7/1000 of a point, so considering USC still has to play ND and UCLA, I'm sure USC will jump them if they win.
