Gears of War, definetly.

And for a second game I would probably go for Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, Oblivion, or maybe Call of Duty 3.

Try out a few demos when you get the 360 and see what you like.

Oblivion is great, loved that game, definitely worth the $60, I put over 160 hours into it.

Madden 2007 is awesome if you are into football games.

to further explain
oblivion - put 120 hrs in it...still finishing the last quest i did every guild of course - SO worth it

gears of war - got it today and HOLY SHIT is it awesome. gonna play multiplayer tonight

COD3 - i have heard it is way different from COD2 (which i played A LOT) - not sure how i feel about it.

Dead Rising is a fun game
Marvel Ultimate Alliance was a good game too, if you liked X-men Legends you will like that game.

Halo 2 is a necessity as well, unless you already have that.

I think I'm going to have to try this Gears of War out.

Need for Speed Most Wanted was good, but Need For Speed Carbon is out now, so you would be better off getting that.

I'm gonna go rent it from Blockbuster tomorrow and check it out (Gears of War).

If you buy it/rent it tomorrow we could play through single player together via coop on live. An IGN reviewer said he liked Gears of War coop more than Halo 2 coop. I guess I'll have to see for myself first. Anyway, have I ever added you Tyler? I don't think I have.

Yeah, I might go rent it at Blockbuster.

Shoot me a friend request, TrendyOsprey is my gamer tag.

I also play Halo 2 and Madden 2007 if you have either of those.

You press the eject button on the 360 and put the game disc in. You download the update, and play.

wink

And it's nicer on the 360. The visuals are a tad better.
