I buy my gas at Hess, and am going to get one of their CCs (since they offer a rebate for gas purchased with their card). Anyone know a freebie site (preferably a offers for cash site) that has a Hess CC as an offer?

I haven't seen one. I doubt Hess offers it, and if they do I doubt they allow incentivized traffic.
