I need help creating a video avatar!

So I've been trying to create an avatar from a 4 second (though I can cut it down to 2 and still view the best of it) video... yes, that's right, if all goes well, a few of you will be happy to know, I am getting rid of the six-pack avatar (had a few complaints), so let that be the initiative for some of you to help me. I've converted the video to the smallest GIF I'm capable of using "VideoAvatar"and it's still 69 kb which as some of you know, there is a 29 kb avatar limit, so I can't upload it. But, at 69 kb it looks like crap. I've seen a lot of big damned avatars that look great and don't understand how they are able to use them. Am I missing something? Could someone help me?

Look, can you go shit in someone elses thread... thanks... now back to the [b21c6447770]TOPIC[/b21c6447770] These programs aren't helping... my video avatar still looks like junk. Take into consideration JohnJimJones' avatar... the one with Scarlet Johanson. It's HUGE and looks great and is also a few seconds long! How is this possible? There's no way this can be less than 29kb! There has to be a better way.

I wanted it large. It's an animation... who'd want it tiny? I think it's one of the funniest things I've ever seen (not to give you the impression I have a terribly immature sense of humor and like seeing animals copulating... and other childish things of that nature). Cows are such large animals and I never would have imagined seeing one slip on ice when trying to screw another cow... fuckin' hilarious!

I know... and as I said, it's an animated GIF... it contains motion... it's not a simple image. I prefer it large, but is that really gonna bug people? Would it really be best to shrink it a little?
