I need some kind of scratch removing product for my laptop that has some minor scratches on the surface. Does anyone know of anything you can use to repair something like this? It's really shiny plastic. +KMA for help.

Not sure if you can help remove scratches on a plastic. There is a pen-like product that removes scratches on acrylic surface like the ipod. There are tons if you look on ebay. Toothpaste works as well. But like I said, not sure on plastic.

I'm going to try it. It might not be actual plastic but I know there's something out there that will reduce the surface scratches I just need something that I know will work. Thanks.

I use this
http//cgi.ebay.com/DISPLEX-Screen-Scratch-Remover-Cell-Phone-PDA-PSP-iPod_W0QQitemZ320040991641QQihZ011QQcategoryZ3311QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item320040991641
it does a fairy good job with removing scratches from my white nano. Works great on both the screen and body.

Yeah, I think I'm going to try it out because the part that is scratched is kind of like the PSP "body". (where the buttons and etc are) Thanks for the link! +KMA

Armorall and Brasso are the usual products people recommend for things like this. If Displex is silicone based, it'll probably perform the same as Armorall. Toothpaste will fill deeper scratches, yet create plenty more lighter ones.
