He leaves me negative feedback on info on how to freesite a DS Lite.
I send countless emails telling him that he couldn't buy it because he was from Belgium, I explain to him countless times that it won't work and refund his payment. A month later, he leaves me negative going "My girlfriend bought this shit. She can't read english, hopefully for you"
WTF does that mean? I want to find this guy and sock him in the face.

i thought you cant get neg feedback removed unless the feedback contains a link, email address, contact info, something slanderous, etc/

It's highly unlikely eBay will remove the feedback. They almost NEVER do -- it takes an extreme case. You can try, just don't get your hopes up.
Your best option in the meantime is to post a rebuttal feedback on your negative. You only get a few words so don't waste them with insults and swear words, just simply state how the buyer was ineligible, was refunded, and still left bad feedback for no reason.
