Download Videora iPod Converter
here for free and install. Some of the settings produce videos that won't play on your iPod for some reason, so I'll give you my settings that never fail to work and produce damned nice (and rather large) videos. Go to "Setup" and click the "profile" tab. Click beside "Existing Quality Profiles" and choose "MPEG-4/320x240/1500 kbps Stereo 128kbps" from the drop box. Now, from the "Passes" drop box, select "Two." Then click "Apply. "If the audio is not in sync with the video after transcoding, do it again, but this time type "-async 1" (without quotes) into the "Custom FFMPEG Flags" box and this should solve the problem. Now go to "Convert" at the top left... select "Transcode New Video" and choose your video. Then click "Start." Good luck, now if you don't mind, could you give me Karma everyday for the rest of your life (if it's not that big a deal... I mean, it wouldn't take but a few seconds everyday)
