Hey sorry if this is a stupid question but I have been searching for a while on this and I need to know if there is a way to block payments on paypal from a certain sender. Or is there a way for me to have the option to accept/deny the payment before I receive it? Thanks for any help and +Karma!

You have a problem with too many people trying to give you money??!?! You can click on any payment and use the refund button to refund the entire/partial payment without anyone incurring fees. Also and fees charged by sending the $$$ is refunded.

this guy keeps sending me $, but I want him to stop. I am tired of hitting refund.

lol kinda long story.

edit -

I accidentally listed something on ebat at a fixed price of $.99 instead of starting the bidding at $.99 and it sold within like 20 minutes when I didn't notice. I keep telling him how it was an honest mistake but he won't accept that fact and he keeps emailing ebay about the situation. He keep sayin that he HAS to pay me to keep up with his end of the deal. I guess I will see what ebay says.

If he isn't using a confirmed address, you can block him in Paypal's payment receiving options if you have a premier/business account.

I would think they can't make you hold your half of the deal if you made a mistake but I'm not sure. Worst case, you get one warning on your seller's account, not a big deal.

yea I don't know what they are going to do.. but I know they can't make me ship him the item. I will not do it. If he leaves me a negative he will lose his 100% positive feedback!

How much did you say shipping was? If you didn't specify an amount, then you might have an out by saying it's like $30 or something.

I hate giving that advice, since it's pulled intentionally by many, but if this was a miistake, it might be a way out.

The guy's a dumbass who took advantage of a mistake. Take his address, Mapquest it, and go beat his ass.
