I'm gonna have to agree with the guy that said caffeine in large amounts is bad. I did a scholarly research project on the effect of caffiene on people's hearts, and even on a short term (3 month) study, overall, the damage has been done.

You doing the ECA stack? I have heard about that but never actuall heard of anyone using it. I use to take a lot of caffeine in per day but now I hardly drink a coke so when I get a red bull i am usually buzzing and that is always a good upper for when you are drinking.

The energy drink called cocaine will not be going on sale in Australia who are refusing to import it. Apart from the most unfortunate name of the drink, Australia has restrictions on caffeine levels in drinks - currently 145mg per liter (33.8 fl. oz).
In the US, Cocaine is getting its fair share of controversy with many stores refusing the stock it. There have been protests in some communities with protestors claiming the drink glorifies drug abuse.

cocaine never burns, unless it is cut too often and it is crappy cocaine.
Cocaine is supposed to numb your nose as soon as it hits, and usually you can not feel it at all.
You must have had some seriously cut shit if it burned your nose... ever try taking just a tiny bit and putting some on your tounge? It numbs your tounge.

It actually really isn't affecting me.
The most caffeine I've had is one of those Monster XXL drinks, and a 200mg caffeine pill. So I think probably 400mg of caffeine, and that got me "high" so to speak. I was really alert and that. Also, I had no sleep the night before.

It's a little mellowed out in taste... A bit on the lemony side compared to SURGE.
Though sometimes you find a good batch of 20 oz bottles that are just about dead on (enough to the point where you can't tell the difference in a taste test).

But I haven't yet understood the whole energy drink era. I took the ephedra-full Xenadrine when it was out, just to try and lose some weight. But I don't need it anymore. I'm too old to care about a few extra vanity pounds. Perhaps I don't need the energy drinks because I get my 6 hours of sleep at night.

ive spoken to doctors and such on the matter under a controlled and smart usage of ephedra it would be find. my family has no problems with the heart muscle 8) also i use it once or twice a year not exceeding 25 mg of ephedra every 4 hours. ephedra got a bad rap when people toke like 10 caps an hour trying to loose weight. honestly its something safer then the ephedra alternative thats why i keep 2000 caps at my house since its banned and i want to have during my cut sessions

Glad to hear you have no issues with a "cocaine" drink and children.
But I certainly wouldn't have it in my house. Ya'll obviously can do what you think is right. But I can see the point of sensationalizing the word "cocaine" and kids thinking that if it's safe to drink it's safe to snort. When they don't actually know that stuff does not contain actual cocaine. Hmmmm....maybe that's why it has been banned all over the place.
And to tell someone that their kids have issues is just rude. If you don't mind your kids sucking down "cocaine", whateva! If a child needs energy drinks to stay alert and focused I would change their bed time and get them to eat healthier foods. If a child has a medical condition that makes them sluggish or run down that is an issue to take up with a Dr.

I personally don't have a problem with the name; I don't have kids or anything, but I'm not sure that my stance on the name would change if I did have kids. I think it's a great marketing strategy, and as you can see, the drink has gained all sorts of publicity negatively and positively.

Glad to hear you have no issues with a "cocaine" drink and children.
But I certainly wouldn't have it in my house. Ya'll obviously can do what you think is right. But I can see the point of sensationalizing the word "cocaine" and kids thinking that if it's safe to drink it's safe to snort. When they don't actually know that stuff does not contain actual cocaine. Hmmmm....maybe that's why it has been banned all over the place.
And to tell someone that their kids have issues is just rude. If you don't mind your kids sucking down "cocaine", whateva! If a child needs energy drinks to stay alert and focused I would change their bed time and get them to eat healthier foods. Ok if a kid actually believes what your trying to say here the parents have failed at there job of being a parent. Like the other member said this is nothing but a great marketing ploy and it worked up until conservative whiners compained about it cause they can't teach people what is wrong and right. It's pointless to argue about this the name is changed the whiners got their way again

I have to agree to a certain extent, discipline is key and if parents would learn how to influence their kids more with it (its definitely possible, I'm a prime example) their kids will know exactly how to react to this kind of thing and move on...
But I don't believe that it's right for the company, free speech and all, to use this sort of thing on something that could be so easily obtainable and visable, for the fact that it isn't necessary and it [ide6ac95c8e]might just[/ide6ac95c8e] cause a problem, who knows? It's a hell of a marketing ploy but it's just not necessary, it's more greed than anything else...I don't personally mind, but who knows what it might envoke?
