Hmm that's only about 10 days. Not sure if there is any site that fast with shipping and such.
OC might be the fastest considering they do it twice a week.

Well I just did a trainn site and they have always been the fastest for me. I don't know if you consider that high volume though.

even though being a non-cc site, free4every1 vreified me and paid me the next day i requested payment.. $175 received from them, great support, etc.
