Yea. You click edit, and you can edit it to whatever you want. It's available to anyone.

If you don't create an account, your IP address will be publicly displayed, after editing, if someone searched the time/date on editing. If you do create an account, it will display your username.

i know but this particular thing bothered me because it dealt with something [i870a2c66f0]somewhat [/i870a2c66f0]personal. That's the only reason i wanted it corrected.

what did you correct?

actually, when i went to edit it, it already had the correction in the edit box, but not on the page. So i left it alone.

haha. i always used to pretend like it was when i did papers for school. that way if i just wanted to make up facts, i could add 'em in at my own leasuire...even though i never did.

in college, for the most part, my profs laughed at me when i used wikipedia. Use it as a roadmap, not a source

im glad this wasnt big when i was in college. now that i'm only using it for my own edification, i can certainly deal with a few mistakes.

wikipedia is great for writing research papers it has everything you ever need (for the most part) already typed up. You just have to scholar.google.com around for a good source.

I wouldn't go this far but there is a lot of errors or opinions that aren't very impartial...
